This is the USS Monitor, an ironclad steamship built for the Union Navy during the Civil War. It appears to be riding on a wave with a large flag blowing in the breeze. The corners are adorned with flowers. This is a drawing of the pattern, with all of the background lines and changes. This pattern is for you if you are wanting to recreate this, as close as possible.
